Pre and Post OP
Uniteams Pre and Post OP Shelter Unit is a Uniteam ISO
20-foot Expandable 3in1 Aluminium Shelter with a total floor space
up to 38 m². These Medical Shelters are developed together
with the Norwegian Army, and manufactured in Norway
20-foot ISO 3in1 Medical Aluminium Shelter.
The average mounting/demounting time of the shelter is 6-7 minutes
as proven in field by military users, and any single panel at the
expanding parts can easily be exchanged within 10 minutes.
The module is constructed within a fully insulated 20-foot CSC
Approved and Certified ISO Shelter. The Shelter is re-usable multiple
times, with an in-service life of at least 15 years. The shelter
is fully CE marked.
The Shelter has an integrated machine room at one short end of
the shelter to accommodate Air Condition System, Gas Safe Storage
and connection to external services (power, water and communications).
With the ECU (Environment Control Unit) operating, the container
is capable of maintaining an interior temperature of at least +20°C
at an outside temperature of +56°C.
Water in and outlet connections are provided to allow connection
and operation of all medical functions as well as support functions.
Additionally there is a 200 liter tank in the top of Technical Compartment
for storage of potable water to provide an initial autonomy regardless
of external water supply.
