Lifting Systems for raising containers up from the ground

Sometimes a container needs to be positioned above or on top of a trucks platform body, or it shall be in level with loading ramps on buildings.

Through our subsuppliers Uniteam can deliver a broad range of lifting systems. A few of these are shown below.

The lifting height goes from around 500 mm and up to 1750 mm. Optional maximum: 2000 mm. The container carrying capacity for the different models goes from 4 t up to 15 t.

The lifting systems can be driven manually or electrically. When manual operation is preferred this can be done with a hand crank or by a foot ratchet. It will be possible to drive the jacks individually or in pairs. A manual system may be prepared for electrical operation.

To keep the container in level through the lifting operation, a built in control system is delivered. There is also a safety shut-down system integrated which will be activated when the inclination exceeds the specified maximum values. This is only valid for
electrically driven models.
The lifting system is modular which makes it possible to put together low cost systems according to customer demands.

The lifting systems is connected to a containers standardized connection corners. Performance according to Standard ISO 1161.

With regard to functionality and the special needs a customer may have, the lifting system can, to a certain degree, be tailor-made.
